Then click the option:
“The representative is the same as the applicant” (if you are applying personally).

3. Select the property
On the next page:
Select the property you wish to revalue.
The system will automatically add the service:
“Issuance of a copy of the property card”.

4. Upload documentation
You must upload in PDF format:

or
The expert valuation report and the expert’s license (if the revaluation was conducted by a licensed expert).

Click “Submit” to complete the application.

What Is the Service Fee?

The fee displayed during the application is not fixed. It is calculated based on the amount of tax resulting from the property revaluation.

Fee structure:

  • Up to 150,000 ALL tax → 3,500 ALL

  • 150,001 – 300,000 ALL tax → 7,000 ALL

  • Over 300,001 ALL tax → 10,000 ALL

After verification or final calculation of the revaluation (especially when a licensed expert is involved), the exact service fee is determined.

This fee is included in the invoice sent to your e-Albania account.

The property revaluation application process is simple and fully online. By following the steps above and preparing the required documentation, you can complete your application quickly and without complications.

If you are planning to sell your property or update its official value, revaluation is an important step to ensure compliance with legislation and the current market.
